Carol
Carol began her ‘digital journey’ in 1986 when she computerised the overseas property company she worked for. Carol combines a degree in Visual Communications with extensive experience in website design, SEO and business messaging. She helps small businesses turn scattered ideas into clear websites that explain their value and support getting found online. Her approach brings design, structure and search strategy together, with practical advice that makes the next step feel manageable. She is on a mission to really help small business owners succeed online.
Mike
Mike, along with wife Carol, founded We Get Digital (our umbrella company) in 2009. Mike brings a lifetime of marketing experience and a clear understanding of how businesses communicate their value. He helps connect what a business offers with what its customers need to hear, bringing perspective to positioning, messaging and the reasons people choose one business over another. His experience underpins our focus on clear thinking, practical decisions and lasting client relationships. Mike runs the engine room and makes sure that we all stay on track and that the accounts are up to date!
Jo
Jo began her career in fashion marketing after graduating with a degree in the subject, building a strong grounding in brands, audiences and communication. She now applies that experience to SEO, AI search and digital marketing, helping businesses strengthen their online presence. She brings a fresh perspective to our family team, combining creative thinking with practical digital experience and a keen interest in how search continues to evolve. Jo oversees the content and posting efficiency for our clients and for ourselves and is the brains behind the reports we create quarterly for our AI SEO clients.
Elena
Elena has a unique approach, blending her 32 years of professional marketing experience with nervous system coaching and hypnotherapy, building businesses from the inside out. Her ability to cut to the core of what will actually work quickly enables her to operate across industry sectors, helping brands become the obvious choice and make money. Her aim is to keep things simple and measurable, adopting AI as a tool without it replacing the human behind it. She is determined to help businesses use AI intelligently
